FAQ REC.VC and Cisco Webex
When calling from the REC.VC user interface to the Cisco Webex Meeting or Event, you’ll need to enter the Webex video address, typically structured in the following ways:

In addition to the Webex video address, you’ll need to enter the meeting access code followed by # in the PIN code field:
You can optionally add the preferred layout code after # in the PIN field unless you want REC.VC to capture the default Webex video composition:
Your REC.VC video address is listed in the top-left corner of the REC.VC interface (it’s not demo@rec.vc 😉):
Whenever you are in a StarLeaf meeting you can start recording (or live streaming) by calling from the StarLeaf client to your REC.VC video address.
Your REC.VC RTMP URL is provided when setting Source to RTMP(S) in the REC.VC interface:
To record a Webex Meeting or Event, you’ll need to add the REC.VC RTMP URL as a custom Live Stream:
The REC.VC RTMP recorder will capture in the quality you set for the stream in Webex, either 720p or 1080p.
